A recent Brazilian study demonstrates that the SpermVital® technology significantly improves pregnancy rates in beef cows subjected to fixed-time artificial insemination (FTAI). The study included more than 740 cows from three farms and compared conventional frozen semen with semen preserved using SpermVital® immobilization technology. Results showed a higher pregnancy per insemination when SpermVital® semen was used, with particularly strong effects in cows aged 48–64 months. The findings highlight SpermVital® as a promising strategy for improving reproductive efficiency in beef cattle.
